Wendel's Delicatessen and Cafe, Franconia,NH

I had a sandwich called "The Bill". It had crispy white bread (homemade) juicy spinach, crunchy red onions, flavorful chicken and a delicious bbq sauce. It was all slowly grilled.  It came with a side of pickles and Lays chips.  All delicious! 

It had cool decorations and a chalk menu (above) Dad had roast beef, sharp cheddar, lettuce tomato and mayo on whole wheat (homemade) sandwich. The bread was yummy!

Wendel's gets 5 fries.

    As one who has eaten at Wendle's fairly frequently, I have to agree with Nate's review. It has a combination of good food and classic small town cafe atmosphere. It's especially fun to eat out on the deck in nice weather. I'll join Nate in giving it quite a few fries!
